A part of the history of the house can be seen in the dining room of our restaurant. This is in fact the former stable, covered by a vaulted stone ceiling with small original details that highlight its original function. These include the channel of the hayloft from which the hay came down, the "portela de le gialine", i.e. the little window from which the hens came out, and the old passageway for the hay carts. Grandfather Luciano ('32) still tells us where his animals used to be, almost as if it were only yesterday.
